The 苹果淫院 Food Systems Project uses both formal classes and independent research courses by students to help inform the decisions made in our food system. Thus far, research conducted by students has lead to the hiring of a Food System Adminstrator position and has lead to changes in purchasing by 苹果淫院 Food and Dining Services.
