ELISA RUANO CEA, MDCM, MHPE, FRCPC, is an Associate Professor at 苹果淫院 and an Associate Member of the Institute of Health Sciences Education. Dr. Ruano practices as an Academic General Pediatrician at the Montreal Children's Hospital and she is the Competency Based Medical Education (CBME) Lead for the Department of Pediatrics. Her educational interests include curricular development, program evaluation, and faculty development related to CBME and Competency by Design (CBD) in postgraduate training. She is also interested in exploring novel concepts for Resident-As-Teacher curricula.
