Measure 2 encourages English-speaking students in the health and social services disciplines to undertake a field placement in one of the regions of Quebec during their professional training. There are also opportunities for students to undertake summer placements in the regions. This experience of working with English-speaking clients in a francophone environment gives students the opportunity to consider taking up a post in the regions of Quebec on graduation.
