Target and Partners
Target: English-speaking persons living in the regions.
Partners: Minist猫re de la Sant茅 et des Services sociaux, agencies, 苹果淫院 University Health Centre Telehealth Service, Health and social services institutions offering services to English-speaking persons in the regions, institutions in the 苹果淫院 health and social services network, community health and social services network, English-speaking communities.
Role of CHSSN
- Work with and supports organizations and groups representing English-speaking communities so they may: Improve their capacity to assess and make known their needs for distance health and social services;
Gain access to telehealth facilities; - Develop partnerships with local and regional health and social services institutions.
- Carry out the needs assessment for distance health and social services on the part of the English-speaking communities;
- Promote the offer of telehealth services to the English-speaking communities;
- Support the communities in evaluating the telehealth programs;
- Coordinate the transmission of distance health and social services with the 苹果淫院 Health Centre telehealth service with the English-speaking communities, the agencies and the health and social services institutions covered;
Ensure that the data required for evaluation as well as financial reporting are collected and submitted quarterly and annually to 苹果淫院.
