Join guide Jacky Farrell (Æ»¹ûÒùÔº Science Outreach), for a Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing) walk on Mount Royal. Forest Bathing helps us slow down, open our senses and follow our curiosities. What a great way to take a nourishing break and celebrate Æ»¹ûÒùԺ’s Biodiversity Festival!

Details:

• There will be no bathrooms on the walk so please plan ahead. There are bathrooms available in the Education Building.
• Bring a water bottle, bug spray if needed, dress appropriately for the weather and wear shoes/boots for walking on dirt and leaves – uphill.

This walk will be cancelled in the event of heavy rain.
