Program Requirements
Le certificat de d茅veloppement professionnel en analyse d鈥檃ffaires vise principalement 脿 fournir aux professionnels les connaissances et les habilet茅s requises pour devenir des analystes d鈥檃ffaires efficaces, pour comprendre les probl猫mes op茅rationnels, d茅celer les occasions et recommander des solutions et pour agir comme agent de liaison entre les parties prenantes de l鈥檈ntreprise afin d鈥檕btenir, d鈥檃nalyser, de communiquer et de valider les exigences relatives aux changements 脿 apporter aux processus, aux politiques et aux syst猫mes d鈥檌nformation de l鈥檈ntreprise. Affaires : The objective is to help learners develop effective interpersonal skills. Emphasis is placed on the following areas: communication styles, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, working with teams and influencing others, workplace diversity and intercultural communication, presentation skills, and facilitation skills. As a result of acquiring and developing these interpersonal skills, learners can increase their overall professional effectiveness.

Affaires : This hands-on course will focus on the building blocks of the Business Model Canvas, Business Motivation Models, and conducting rigorous feasibility studies and well-constructed business cases. Techniques for effectively introducing change will include Business Process Modeling Notation and a hybrid Use Case approach (Unified Modelling Language), from both a business and a systems perspective.
