• Awarded annually to a student in the Faculty of Medicine. This research bursary provides in-course undergraduate students with an opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience working in a biomedical research environment for those who are interested in pursuing this important aspect of medical work. For two months during the summer term each year, the students will work full-time on hypothesis-driven projects, alongside clinical and fundamental scientists. • Sir Edward W. Beatty Memorial Scholarships for Medical Students
• Income from a bequest of $100,000 from the late Dr. Henry Albert Beatty provides scholarships for undergraduate and graduate students in the Faculty of Medicine. For students who hold or are working towards the Æ»¹ûÒùÔº M.D.,C.M., the award may be held at any approved institution in Canada or abroad. For other qualified students, the award must be held at Æ»¹ûÒùÔº.
