Course Cancellations and Withdrawals

Course Cancellations and Withdrawals

Career and Professional Development reserves the right to cancel courses prior to the first lecture due to low enrolment.

For non-credit courses carrying CEUs, students must notify Career and Professional Development, in writing, of their intention to cancel their registration. A cancellation fee will be assessed after the first day of class and before the third class. No refunds are available after the third class (for exact amounts please refer to the Professional Development website: www.mcgill.ca/conted/prodep). Failure to attend classes does not constitute a cancellation or withdrawal from the course.

For the cancellation policy for Intellectual Property courses, please see www.mcgill.ca/conted/prodep/intel.

Grading and Evaluation

All courses carrying credits or CEUs have an evaluation process. If you do not wish to be evaluated, you must complete a “Non Evaluation Request Form” prior to the third lecture. A mark of “NE” (NOT EVALUATED) will be placed on your academic record.
