Æ»¹ûÒùÔº Mining Engineering students participate in select Annual Conferences/Conventions to build their network, to learn, to share ideas and to honeÌýtheir soft skills. Sometimes students obtain co-op jobs as a result of their participation!

: Some 25 students from the program will participate at the world renowned PDAC Convention. The goal is to participate in the technical sessions and the student program, plus meet peers and professionals from around the globe. March 6-9, 2016.

Canadian Mining Games

16 Æ»¹ûÒùÔº Mining students will participate in the 25th Annual . It will be hosted by the University of Saskatchewan,ÌýWednesday, February 18th to Sunday, February 22nd, 2015.

Quebec Engineering Competition

Alexandra Foty and Jonathan AubertinÌýhad the privilege to represent Æ»¹ûÒùÔº's Engineering Faculty at the Quebec Engineering Competition (QEC) hosted this year by the ETS. The venue took place from January 29th to February 1st. Both students won the debate competition and will be representing the Quebec province during the Canadian Engineering Competition (CEC). This year, the CEC venue will be hosted by Memorial University, in St-John's, Newfoundland & Labrador.
