From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Tuesday, Oct. 8, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to 苹果淫院 students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.

Du samedi 5 octobre au mardi 8 octobre, le campus du centre-ville et le campus Macdonald ne seront accessibles qu鈥檃ux 茅tudiants et aux membres du personnel de l鈥橴niversit茅 苹果淫院, ainsi qu鈥檃ux visiteurs essentiels. Amphitheatre & Rooms (McIntyre Building)

The following rooms can be requested by sending an e-mail to:

  • The R. Howard Palmer Amphitheatre
  • The Charles F. Martin Amphitheatre
  • The Jonathan C. Meakins Amphitheatre
  • The Small Group Rooms (2nd Floor of the McIntyre Medical Building)
  • The Active Learning Classrooms (2nd Floor of the Mcintyre Medical Building)
  • Computer Room 409

Please include the following information in your email:

  • The name and purpose of your event
  • The date and time of your event
  • The number of people expected to attend your event
  • The room(s) requested (if not sure, specify conference style or lecture style)
  • Alternative dates (if applicable)
  • Any other relevant information


Please note that the second floor rooms are not available after 8:30 pm聽Mondays to Thursdays, and after 6:00 pm on Fridays.

If you are not from the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, please contact聽Special Events (special.events [at] mcgill.ca) to request a room.
