- A 500-word abstract of the proposed research program,
- A 500-word summary of the integration of candidate鈥檚 background, the proposed research program, 苹果淫院 training environment, supervisor(s)鈥� expertise, and the faculty鈥檚 strategic plan, and
- A list of Banting referees with their affiliations and relationship to the applicant, and a justification for the arm鈥檚 length referee.
