Why some of our students chose Æ»¹ûÒùÔº

"Accepting my offer at the Outaouais Campus of Æ»¹ûÒùÔº was not a difficult choice. Indeed, the diversity of the student body in our small cohort makes studying medicine a unique and enriching experience. Furthermore, the expertise and knowledge of the professors are some of the reasons why medical education at Æ»¹ûÒùÔº is recognized internationally. Personally, the wide variety of research opportunities offered at Æ»¹ûÒùÔº and the possibility to practice in another country after graduating encouraged me to take the offer. The friendly collaborative environment with the professors and peers at the Outaouais Campus motivated me to pursue my medical education in French in the beautiful Outaouais region.''

 Fangfang Sun, Med-P 2020-Campus Outaouais

"There are many reasons why I chose Æ»¹ûÒùÔº. For one, the size of our cohort allowed me to develop invaluable friendships with many of my peers. Also, since Æ»¹ûÒùÔº attracts students from many different backgrounds, diversity is a strength at Æ»¹ûÒùÔº. Coming from a very uniform francophone environment, I consider myself extremely lucky to be in a group in which everyone can feel represented and welcomed. There are also numerous extracurricular opportunities at Æ»¹ûÒùÔº; I had the chance to get involved in our student association and to work on my own research project.''

Thomas Barabé-Tremblay, Med-P 2020-Montreal
