M茅lanie Lavoie-Tremblay inf. PhD is professor and vice-dean research, innovation and entrepreneuriat at the Faculty of Nursing, University of Montreal and a regular researcher at the Research Center of the University Institute of Mental Health of Montreal. She is adjunct professor at the Ingram school of nursing at 苹果淫院 university. Her research focuses mainly on the attraction and retention of nurses, orientation programs for new nurses, the organization of care and work, the nursing workforce, evaluation programs and knowledge transfer.
