Description of Planned Activities
A 2-week immersion session in downtown Montreal for a group of 8 participants will combine theory and practice. Week 1: 40 hours of theoretical teaching and animated exercises (20 course hours and 20 hours of practising conversational English). Week 2: 5 day internship in an institution (e.g. Royal Victoria Hospital, Montreal General Hospital or St. Mary鈥檚 Hospital). The interns will be accompanied and supervised by staff in the same job category throughout their time in the institution. Supervised outings and cultural activities in the evenings and on weekends. The courses will be taught by a qualified instructor, and a tutor/guide will accompany the group during teaching, outings, meals and cultural activities
