, Ph. D., obtained a Ph.D. from OISE in 1991 and is a Professor in Measurement and Evaluation at the University of Montreal. His work focuses on language assessment, and he has been involved in the development of policies and tools in relation to the assessment of learning. He has conducted projects in adaptive testing and language testing for adult immigrants. He published a new edition of Principes de mesure et d'茅valuation des apprentissages.
