Professor Shaheen Shariff, James 苹果淫院 Professor and Director of iMPACTS, is invited to speak at a celebratory event for International Women's Day, hosted by the .
This year's event will recognize women everywhere, their dreams and struggles, their resilience and achievements. The theme of the event 鈥斕�Woman, Life, Freedom 鈥�听颈蝉 .
In addition to Professor Shariff, other invited speakers include Safia Amiry, PhD student and iMPACTS research assistant; Aram Alborzi, Canadian with Iranian roots and architect by training; and Baharan Baniahmadi, Iranian-Canadian actress and author.听The event will include presentations, bilingual exchanges, roundtable discussions, and closing remarks.
