Join Student Advising 鈥� Conseil aux 茅tudiants (SACE) for a workshop on Sexual Violence Policy and International Student Support. We will hear about the research that exists on international students 鈥榚xperience of sexual violence, how researchers are better trying to understand impacts of sexual violence on international students, and what organizations are doing to ensure that international students are protected through robust policies and targeted support materials.
About the Presenters:
厂丑补苍苍辞苍听贬耻迟肠丑别蝉辞苍听is a PhD candidate in The Department of Integrated Studies in Education at 苹果淫院 with a focus on international education. She is an international educator and advocate with strong interest in comparative and international education, student support, and policy.听
Jade听Lister is a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner听working at Mount Allison University who provides support to survivors and has been instrumental in developing sexual violence policies for students and staff at their institution.
