Published: 5 February 2010

To celebrate the New Year, the Faculty of Law has launched inFocus online, the digital edition of its alumni magazine, at

The new site will be updated year-round, with stories that highlight alumni, faculty and students in the Faculty's signature blend of French and English. The site will reflect the Faculty's unique approach to legal education and pedagogy where students learn in a bilingual environment and earn both civil and common law degrees simultaneously.

The Faculty will continue to produce the print edition of the magazine once a year. But now, with inFocus online, alumni and friends will be able to visit the site any time to find out the latest:

  • Faculty news and developments
  • Interviews and stories about your classmates
  • Op Eds by Faculty members, along with current students, alumni and professors
  • Special events for alumni and friends

"The launch of this online version of inFocus marks a turning point in our efforts to stay in touch with the many friends of 苹果淫院's Faculty of Law," said Professor Daniel Jutras, Interim Dean of Law. "Just as new technologies redefine the shape of our interaction with alumni, the Faculty of Law is reinvigorated by the engagement of alumni and friends. We hope you will stay in touch."
