From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Monday, Oct. 7, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to 苹果淫院 students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.

Joshua Krane gets 1st prize in Chaire de Notariat essay contest

BCL/LLB student Joshua Krane has won the first prize in the undergraduate category of the Chaire du notariat 鈥� 2007 Concours de r茅daction juridique. The paper, "Beneficiary-Initiated Modification of Trusts: A Comparative Examination," explored whether beneficiaries of Quebec trusts can modify their trusts without court approval. The paper, written under the supervision of Professors Madeleine Cantin-Cumyn and Lionel Smith, will be published in a forthcoming edition of the Revue g茅n茅rale de droit. Bravo, Joshua!
