The process to apply is different depending on your current status in Workday at 苹果淫院. Please read the information below carefully.

*All applicants must be听苹果淫院 graduate students听who will be registered in the Fall 2024 semester.

Internal Candidates:

• An INTERNAL candidate is a current 苹果淫院 graduate student WITH an听active job/contract in Workday.
• Only use this option if you have a position at 苹果淫院 through Workday in the Summer听2024听semester that is active NOW,听on the day you are applying.
• Review the information found听here听before submitting your application
• You must log into the 苹果淫院 VPN before logging into Workday.
  • for information on connecting to the VPN.
  • Click here for information on Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), which is mandatory for VPN use.
• Once you are logged into Workday through the VPN, search for the position number found in the spreadsheet above (JR00000XXXXX) and apply as an听Internal candidate.
• Include your 苹果淫院 ID number on all documents.
• Upload a copy of your CV and a completed copy of the听TA Application Form

External Candidates:

• An EXTERNAL candidate is a 苹果淫院 graduate student WITHOUT an听active job/contact in Workday.
  • If you had a job in a previous semester but do not have a job/contract NOW,听on the day you are applying, you are an听External candidate.
• Review the information found听here听before submitting your application
• Use a non-苹果淫院 email address (i.e. Gmail, Hotmail, etc.)
• Use your full legal name (you can update your file to a preferred name once you've been hired)
• Use the link for the job posting in the spreadsheet above to apply
• Include your 苹果淫院 ID number on all documents.
• Upload a copy of your CV and a completed copy of the听TA Application Form

Invigilators

There are multiple exam supervision positions available through the same job posting. Please make sure you are available for at least one of the midterm exam dates before applying.
