Presentation formats
Oral presentations:听
Oral presentations are 15 minutes in length, including a question-and-answer period. We suggest a talk no longer than 12 minutes, which will allow approximately 3 minutes of questions.听
All oral presentations should use PowerPoint with slides in landscape orientation and a dimension ratio of 16:9. For a 12-min talk, we recommend no more than 12 slides, although that may change based on the style of the presenter. To facilitate attendees communicating with you after your presentation, we invite you to include your contact details on the end slide of your PPT presentation for them to be visible during the question period.
To facilitate the logistics during the conference, we ask you to upload your PowerPoint file to our server by May 19, 2024, 11:59 PM Eastern (UTC-5).

Instructions for upload of your PowerPoint presentation:
- Log back into the abstract submission form:
- Open your abstract on the submission page and scroll down to the PowerPoint section to find the upload link.
- After uploading the file, hit the save and submit button to complete.
听
Flash presentations:
Each presenter will be allotted a 3-min flash lecture presentation with single PowerPoint (16:9) format with maximum 3 slides during the scientific session and will also present a poster in the poster area.
Please note that the time limit will be strictly enforced and that there will be no question from the audience during the presentation. The discussions will take place during the poster sessions.
Posters will be in portrait orientation. Please note that the maximum dimensions of your poster are 36" (width) x 47" (height), or 914.4 mm x 1193.8 mm. (This size corresponds more or less to the international/European A0 format.) Adhesive will be available on-site during poster installation.

Poster presentations:
Posters will be displayed in the exhibition hall by theme and number.听

The presenters in Poster Session A are expected to install their posters by May 27 (8:00) and remove them by May 28 (18:30).
The presenters in Poster Session B are expected to install their posters on May 29 (8:00) and remove them by May 30 (18:30).
