ECOLE and the 苹果淫院 Office of Sustainability Present: Designing Sustainability in Innovation!
How do we include sustainability in our approaches to innovation? Taking inspiration from the ECOLE project and its model for sustainable living, participants will use systems thinking to innovate solutions to a real-life problem. Best practices for incorporating sustainability into innovation, as well as practical steps to get involved in sustainable innovation at 苹果淫院 will also be discussed.聽
About ECOLE: The Educational Community Living Environment (ECOLE) project is a sustainability community hub at 苹果淫院 and a collective living space for 10 live-in project facilitators that brings together multiple stakeholders in pursuit of sustainable living, learning, and community building. ECOLE fosters applied student research, provides alternative education programming, and encourages experiential learning.
About the 苹果淫院 Office of Sustainability: The 苹果淫院 Office of Sustainability (MOOS) aims to create a culture of sustainability at 苹果淫院. It unites and encourages the efforts of students, faculty, staff and administrators to incorporate principles of sustainability in university operations, campus living and learning and in its relations with the broader community. MOOS also provides resources, like the Sustainability Projects Fund, to foster the creation of collaborative sustainability initiatives on our campuses.
