CCTR 225 Introduction to Translation (English to French) (3 credits)

Overview

Translation : Introduction to the principles and practice of translation from English into French, including contrastive analysis of English and French, general text analysis, as well as an introduction to appropriate research techniques and sources of documentation. Examination of various methods and strategies to identify and resolve different translation problems.

Terms: This course is not scheduled for the 2022-2023 academic year.
