Overview

Electrical Engineering : Specification of asynchronous behaviors. Asynchronous logic components. Hierarchical design and verification. Concurrency issues: deadlock, livelock, starvation, safety. Timing issues. Modern design styles: handshaking, micropipelines. Asynchronous analysis models for protocols and software.
