Program Requirements
Ce certificat comprend des objectifs d'apprentissage pr茅cis ainsi que des strat茅gies p茅dagogiques propres 脿 chacun des niveaux pour apprendre 脿 lire, 脿 茅crire, 脿 comprendre et 脿 parler l'anglais ainsi que des modules culturels sp茅ciaux dans certains niveaux. Ce programme vise l'acquisition de comp茅tences en langue et en communications ainsi que des connaissances pragmatiques et socioculturelles essentielles afin de permettre aux 茅tudiants de s'int茅grer dans un environnement professionnel, universitaire et social anglophone.
En classe et au laboratoire de langue, les professeurs consacrent du temps au d茅veloppement et aux besoins linguistiques sp茅cifiques de chaque 茅tudiant. Une clinique de phon茅tique corrective permet 脿 ceux qui le d茅sirent de travailler cet aspect particulier de l'apprentissage de l'anglais. Des groupes peu nombreux permettent aux 茅tudiants de profiter au maximum de l'enseignement et de partager une exp茅rience unique d'apprentissage avec des camarades de classe qui viennent de partout dans le monde. L'horaire des cours est de 9 h 30 脿 15 h 30, du lundi au vendredi. Six sessions de cours sont offertes chaque ann茅e tout au long des trimestres d'茅t茅, d鈥檃utomne et d鈥檋iver.
Nous offrons huit niveaux d'apprentissage, de d茅butant 脿 avanc茅. Le niveau d'entr茅e de l鈥櫭﹖udiant sera d茅termin茅 par les r茅sultats au test de classement qui a lieu environ une semaine avant le d茅but des cours. La r茅ussite des deux niveaux avanc茅s avec une note minimale de B- (65 %) permet l鈥檃dmissibilit茅 au certificat de comp茅tence en anglais - langue et culture. Ce programme satisfait aux crit猫res linguistiques d'admission aux programmes de premier cycle ainsi que d'茅tudes sup茅rieures de l'Universit茅 苹果淫院.
Le paiement int茅gral des droits de scolarit茅 pour une session doit accompagner la demande d'admission au programme. Les droits applicables aux sessions suivantes pourront 锚tre acquitt茅s ult茅rieurement, aux dates indiqu茅es par l'Universit茅. Les droits de scolarit茅 ne couvrent pas les co没ts relatifs au mat茅riel p茅dagogique, 脿 l'assurance-maladie, au transport, 脿 l'h茅bergement ni aux sorties de classe.
