From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Monday, Oct. 7, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to Æ»¹ûÒùÔº students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.

Overview

Asian Language & Literature : Introduction to the basic grammar and sentence patterns of the Japanese language in both oral and written forms. In reading and writing skills students will be introduced to katakana, hiragana and kanji.

Terms: Summer 2014, Fall 2013, Winter 2014

  • An activities fee of $207 is charged to support the cost of visits to museums, restaurant meals, theatrical demonstrations, and explorations in the cultural richness of the language.
