Getting Sound Sleep

This 2-part workshop is intended for students who have difficulty falling or staying asleep at night due to anxiety or low mood, and who face difficulty during the day due to poor sleep. Topics covered will include a guided discussion on the structure and function of sleep, sleep regulation, insomnia and its causes, and strategies to improve sleep quality.ÌýÌýThis workshop consists of 2 sessions. Please plan on attending both dates.

Please register 24 hours before the start time of the workshop to receive the invitation to the online meeting.
