Join us for a nature walk on Mount Royal. Come and slow down, open your senses, and be guided through the fall colors by a certified forest therapy practitioner from . Take a nourishing break and recharge your soul!

Open to 苹果淫院 students.听Meet on the front steps of the Education Building (3700 McTavish St.)聽Space is limited! Registration required by Oct. 17th at noon.听

Details:

• In person, bring a water bottle and dress appropriately for the weather and walking uphill.
• We'll be following all health and safety measures in place at the time.

This walk will be cancelled in the event of heavy rain.
