Information Sessions - Research Infrastructure Request
Researchers who identify need for research infrastructure* are invited to join an information session about the institutional planning process for large-scale research infrastructure requests with specific aim towards the next major CFI Innovation Fund competition (expected in 2021).
- Friday, December 11 from 2:00 to 3:00 pm
- Wednesday, January 13 from 10:00 to 11:00 am
The information sessions will include an overview of how to submit an聽Expression of Interest (EOI)聽for a potential project, details and approximate timeline for the next CFI Innovation Fund competition, and questions & answers.
An EOI for research infrastructure needs can be submitted to the Office of the Vice-Principal, Research and Innovation at any given time. The EOI will be matched with appropriate grant funding programs and will serve to help the Faculties to identify appropriate space for the infrastructure and assess the need for renovation of related lab space.
*Research infrastructure聽refers to instruments, equipment, and technology development of custom-made tools, including related construction or renovation to install the equipment.
