In June 2021, the Fonds de Recherche du Qu茅bec (FRQ) became a member of cOAlition S, an international consortium of research funding and performing organizations that is committed to the Plan S initiative. Plan S is a 10-principle strategy launched in September 2018 to support immediate open access to publications. In Summer 2022, the FRQ released its implementation guidelines for an updated Open Access (OA) policy aligned with Plan S principles (鈥溾��), which include requirements for immediate free access to peer-reviewed journal publications.

The 苹果淫院 Library will be hosting information sessions about the FRQ Open Access Policy. These information sessions will review the major changes due to this policy update and will outline campus support for Open Access.

These sessions will be hosted on Zoom.
