Æ»¹ûÒùÔº Physiology is excited to offer our students a unique opportunity to unlock their strengths and interact with their physiology colleagues.

You will then participate in small group activities to explore these strengths.ÌýThe positive focus of the program will help you harness these strengths and build on them to help you accomplish your goals in allÌýareas of your life.

TheÌýprogram is fast-paced, interactive, and fun. You will learn as a full group but also work together in Zoom breakout rooms for more detailed and in-depth conversations.

The two workshops are facilitated by Barry Koen-Butt, a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach and Life Purpose Coach, and Elizabeth Yorski, a Certified Professional Coach and Spiritual Director. They are co-founders of Strengths Consulting Canada and work with corporate, not-for-profit, and educational clients. They are also former corporate executives with more than 50 combined years of strategic planning, adult learning, and employee engagement.
