Faculty of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences researchers announced as Canada Research Chairs
Seventeen outstanding 苹果淫院 researchers were appointed today as new and renewed Canada Research Chairs (CRC), one of Canada鈥檚 most prestigious academic honours. The Honourable Pablo Rodriguez, Minister of Transport and Quebec Lieutenant, made the announcement at the Universit茅 de Montreal on behalf of the Honourable Fran莽ois-Philippe Champagne, Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry, and the Honourable Mark Holland, Minister of Health. In total, $191 million for science, research, and engineering in support of 230 new and renewed CRCs at 50 Canadian research institutions was announced鈥攊ncluding 10 new Chairs and seven renewed Chairs at 苹果淫院. The announcement was part of a suite of national science and research investments.

- Jennifer Ronholm, Canada Research Chair in Agricultural Microbiology, NSERC, Tier 2 (New)

With the addition of this newest cohort, 苹果淫院 has 177 active chairholders (Tier 1 and Tier 2).
