The winners听have been announced, and听Schulich faculty, students, and alumni can be found on the list of nominees and winners.听 From Vocal Jazz Album of the year to various Classical Albums of the Year, the Schulich community has appeared in a number of听different award categories.

Congratulations to all who contributed to creating and sustaining music and the recording industry in Canada 鈥� here's to continued successes bringing music to life!

Vocal Jazz Album of the Year:

• La Peste, Les Barocudas (Marie Nadeau-Tremblay, baroque violin (BMus'14, LMus'17, MMus'19), Ryan Gallagher,听viola da gamba (MMus'15, DMus'19), Nathan Mondry,听harpsichord (MMus'16, GrArtDip'17))

• Mozart: Concertos pour piano/Piano Concertos Nos. 22 & 24, Les Violons du Roy*, conducted by Jonathan Cohen, featuring Charles Richard-Hamelin (BMus 鈥�04)
• WINNER: Ginastera - Bernstein - Moussa: 艗uvres pour violon et orchestre/Works for Violin and Orchestra, Orchestre symphonique de Montre虂al, conducted by Kent Nagano (Honorary Doctorate 鈥�04), featuring Andrew Wan (Associate Professor) (Recording Engineer Christopher Johns MMus'10)

Classical Album of the Year: Vocal or Choral

• WINNER: Massenet: Thai虉s, Erin Wall, Joshua Hopkins (BMus'01, MMus'04), Andrew Staples, Toronto Mendelssohn Choir with Toronto Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Sir Andrew Davis

*The Toronto Symphony Orchestra is home to many听Schulich alumni, including concertmaster Jonathan Crow (Former Associate Professor and BMus'98). Jean-S茅bastien Vall茅e, Associate Professor听and Director听of Choral Studies听was recently named artistic director of the Toronto Mendelssohn Choir.

Classical Composition of the Year:

• Tachitipo,听Zosha Di Castri (BMus'07) Produced by Associate Professor Martha de Francisco and mastered by alumnus James Clemens-Seely听(BMus'08, MMus'10), and editing and mixing were done at the Schulich School of Music of听苹果淫院 and
