From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Tuesday, Oct. 8, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to 苹果淫院 students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.

Grammy Award for Nick Squire

Nick Squire (MMus '08) has received Grammy Award in the category of Best Orchestral Performance for his work as Sound Engineer on the recording of Shostakovich: Under Stalin's Shadow - Symphonies Nos. 5, 8 & 9, recorded by Deutsche Grammophon. 听The Boston Symphony Orchestra was led by conductor 听Andris Nelsons.听

He has worked in the Boston area since 2011 and is听currently the lead recording engineer at the Boston Symphony, and also works with the听Boston Pops, and Boston Symphony Chamber Players, among others. He earned his Bachelor of Music in percussion performance at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and his Master of Music in Sound Recording at the Schulich School of Music of 苹果淫院听University.
