From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Tuesday, Oct. 8, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to 苹果淫院 students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.

BOGDAN GUMENYUK,听tenor saxophone (SSoM alumnus)


Bogdan Gumenyuk is a musician, producer, composer, educator, and founder of the聽Ukrainian music label, LabelWhoAble. Bogdan was the recipient of a Fulbright scholarship, and received his master鈥檚 degree in Jazz Music Performance at The University of the Arts (Philadelphia) in聽2013.聽 He has won several international music competitions and shared the stage with Ukrainian acts including Jamala, Okean Elzy, and Mad Heads. He has also performed with notable jazz musicians from Western Europe and North America, including Curtis Fuller, Benito Gonzalez, Caf茅, Joel Holmes, Pierre Boussaguet, Sam Harris, Ameen Saleem, Xavier Davis, and Kevin Mahogany, among others.

Bogdan has recorded two albums of his own compositions: The Way I Hear (2017) and Love Letters to the Other Side, featuring Jim Doxas, Adrian Vadady, Lex French and Josh Rager (2022).聽
