Improving the Quality of Life and Care of Persons Living with Dementia and their Caregivers
Dr. Howard Bergman is Professor of Family Medicine, Medicine (Geriatrics), and Oncology, as well as Assistant Dean, International Affairs in the Faculty of Medicine at 苹果淫院. Among numerous other accomplishments, Dr. Bergman co-founded and co-directed the Jewish General Hospital/苹果淫院 Memory Clinic.
Dr. Bergman will discuss his work with respect to seniors and dementia, in light of the 2019 report by the Canadian Academy of Health Sciences Expert Panel for the Assessment of Evidence and Best Practices for the development of a Canadian Dementia Strategy, which he chaired.
