Lucy and Joanne will focus on the needs of Caring Conversations participants. They will address topics raised in the evaluation forms of past episodes and leave time to respond to other questions that you may have.聽
Caring Conversations is聽free community outreach initiative to provide virtual support for care partners of people living with dementia offered by the 苹果淫院聽Dementia Education Program.
