In his opinion piece he answered the question: Can we overcome our unique challenges to upgrade its electricity grid to match the surging demand?聽

He claimed that the worst thing Canada can do right now is to underinvest in their electricity systems and that policies are required to break the logjam in electricity system planning and investment.
