E., F.R.S.C., BCL'94, LLB'94, was appointed chair of Canada’s new <i>Employment Equity Act</i> Review Task Force by Minister of Labour Filomena Tassi.</p> <p>The task force will study, consult, and advise the Minister of Labour on the ways in which the federal <i>Employment Equity Act</i>, initially adopted in 1986, can be modernized.
