International鈥疍ispute Resolution Courts: Retreat or Advance?
Join us for the 2017 John E.C.听Brierley鈥疢emorial Lecture, which will be given by Professor鈥�, Director of the Centre for International Law at the National University of Singapore. She will examine the growing role of some international judicial institutions of dispute settlement and describe their evolution.
About the Brierley Lectures
This lecture on arbitration commemorates the life and work of John E.C.鈥疊rierley, who was Professor and Dean of Law at 苹果淫院. He was a prominent figure in the discipline of comparative law internationally and the leading Canadian expert on arbitration.听
The John E.C.鈥疊rierley鈥疢emorial Lecture is presented by 苹果淫院 and its Research Team on Private Justice and the Rule of Law, with the support of the John E.C.鈥疊rierley鈥疢emorial Lecture Fund established by Yves Fortier and with the participation of the L. Yves Fortier Chair.
