GCI researchers were highly successful in the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) Project Grant Fall 2022 Competition

We are pleased to announce that 7 of our PIs received funding from the CIHR Project Grant Fall 2022 competition for their respective research projects. The national success rate for this competition was 20.1%; the Quebec provincial success rate was 23.7%; and the success rate of the GCI was 57%.

Congratulations to GCI Professors Luke McCaffrey, William Muller, Arnim Pause, Jerry Pelletier, Peter Siegel, Jose Teodoro and Ian Watson, who received a combined $6,035,661, either from a Project Grant or Bridge funding.
