Dear colleagues,

Following the announcement that Æ»¹ûÒùԺ’s fall term courses will be offered primarily through remote delivery platforms, we anticipate an increase in the number of payments to be processed for guest lecturers/speakers living outside of Canada and working remotely.

While guest lecturers/speakers who are residents of Canada are paid through POPs (payroll one-time payment system), those who perform their service remotely as a non-resident of Canada should be paid through Financial Services via a Payment Request. Furthermore, it is NOT necessary to submit Regulation 105 and T1261 forms for remote non-residents’ payments.

We invite you to share this information as relevant within your faculties.

Best Regards,

Diana Dutton
