How Your Sleep and Biological Clock Affect Your Well-Being

Presented by:听Dr. Diane Boivin, Director, Centre for Study and Treatment of Circadian Rhythms, Douglas Mental Health University Institute

This conference will be about sleep and circadian rhythms. The speaker will present the factors that affect the quality and duration of sleep as well as fatigue levels that can occur during the day. Practical advice and possible solutions will be discussed to improve sleep hygiene. Participants will learn how to recognize symptoms of sleep disorders and when they should consult health professionals. Following this conference, they will better understand their sleep and thus be able to better manage it.
