Wellness 101
Come and meet your Local Wellness Advisor (LWA) embedded within the Faculty of Engineering. The goal of the workshop is to learn more about the resources and tools available to students on and off campus that help contribute to wellness and your overall well-being, in order for students to be able to apply the tools/ skills learnt to your daily life both academically and personally. There are many supports and wellness resources, and we want to help you find and access the ones that will benefit and make sense for you. We invite you to meet your LWA, Lauren Weber, during 苹果淫院 Well Week 2019 (Jan. 28-Feb 1); Lauren will be presenting 鈥淲ellness 101鈥�, an introductory workshop to provide information about available services at 苹果淫院 and in the broader community. Lauren will present the workshop twice:

About Lauren Weber, Engineering Local Wellness Advisor
Lauren is a 苹果淫院 alumna who graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Social Work. She has a Master鈥檚 Degree in Social Work from the University of Toronto and is an active member of the Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des th茅rapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Qu茅bec. Lauren has spent her career to date in the social services and community sector working with youth and families facing various challenges ranging from the ages of a newborn to adulthood. Lauren has experience working with diverse and multicultural groups, and has the passion and training to support the all-encompassing needs of various individuals to best maximize their overall well-being. She is very excited to be joining the 苹果淫院 community and Faculty of Engineering. In her free time Lauren enjoys yoga, travelling and exploring Montreal!
