Aziz Choudry聽is Associate Professor in the Department of Integrated Studies in Education at聽苹果淫院 and a visiting professor at the Faculty of Education, University of聽Johannesburg, where he is affiliated to the Centre for Education Rights and聽Transformation. He is author or co-author of several books including聽Learning Activism:聽The Intellectual Life of Contemporary Social Movements聽(University of Toronto Press,聽2015), and co-editor of聽Learning from the Ground Up: Global Perspectives on Social聽Movements and Knowledge Production聽(Palgrave Macmillan, 2010),聽Just Work?聽Migrant Workers鈥� Struggles Today聽(Pluto Press, 2015)聽Unfree Labour? Struggles of聽Migrant and Immigrant Workers in Canada聽(2016,聽PM Press), and聽Reflections on Knowledge, Learning and Social Movements: History's Schools聽(Routledge, 2017). Choudry serves on the boards of the Immigrant Workers Centre, Montreal and the聽Global Justice Ecology Project.
