On November 15, 2010, 苹果淫院 launched a call for regional language training project proposals for the 2010-2013 period, which included an Application Form and a Guide for Applicants. The request for proposals was addressed directly to the Ministry of Health and Social Services (MSSS), which, in turn, forwarded it to the health and social services agencies.
The agencies joined with relevant institutions and community-based organizations to submit language training proposals reflecting the priorities identified in the programs of access to services in the English-language as well as the clinical and organizational projects of the local networks in the respective regions. Each regional project proposal had to be accompanied by a favourable opinion from the Regional Committee for Access to Services in English.
The health and social services agency had to complete the Application Form and forward it to the MSSS before November 30, 2010.
