Biography: 

Tatiana has 10 years of industry experience in the fields of human resources and training, along with a B.A. in psychology & management from 苹果淫院 and a master鈥檚 degree (M. Sc.) in Organizational Development from HEC Montr茅al. Tatiana is also an active member of the Ordre des CRHA du Qu茅bec and is currently completing a master鈥檚 degree (M. Sc.) in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion from Universit茅 Laval.听Powered by her passion to teach, she is a Faculty Lecturer at 苹果淫院 Desautels Faculty of Management, where she teaches听various Organizational Behaviour courses.听Tatiana is dedicated to offering an optimal student experience and doing what is best for her students鈥� learning process and development.听Aside from 苹果淫院, she also designs and delivers training programs to corporate clients, adopting a learner-centered approach respecting adult learning principles. She has specific expertise in train the trainer programs, human resources, and soft-skills training.听
