This fall, join us at either the 苹果淫院 Sports Complex (downtown Campus) or the Stewart Athletic Complex (Macdonald Campus)!

Stay active by signing up for aquatics, dance, fitness, martial arts or sports lessons or try out the all-new Introduction to Recreation and Wellness class. Intramural sports鈥攕uch as basketball, ultimate frisbee, volleyball, soccer or pickleball鈥攁re also a fun way to keep moving! Options vary by campus.

For those who enjoy connecting with nature, come explore the Gault Nature Reserve with 苹果淫院 Recreation in Mont-Saint-Hilaire for self-guided nature walks and apple picking at a nearby apple orchard. Open to all!
