Biography
Renata Eva Milczarek is a partner with Mareval S.E.N.C.R.L, a firm specializing in business valuation, damage quantification and forensic accounting.听 Ms. Milczarek has more than 25 years of international experience in valuation, damage quantification, forensic accounting, financial analysis and private equity investments across various industries.
Prior to co-founding Mareval in 2014, Ms. Milczarek was a Partner in the Business Valuation and Investigative & Forensic Accounting team of Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton in Montr茅al.
Ms. Milczarek鈥檚 career also includes various roles with accounting firms and asset management companies both in Canada and abroad, including KPMG (Bermuda), Caisse de d茅p么t et placement du Qu茅bec (Poland), and Russell Investments (France). Ms. Milczarek has prepared numerous Valuation Reports and Expert Reports and has testified in Court as an expert witness.
Ms. Milczarek holds the following professional designations: Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) and Corporate Finance (CF).听 She obtained a Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy from 苹果淫院 and a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University.
