Having built from the ground up her career as Transformation Consultant after 14 years as the Change Management Director at Bombardier, Merling is a Certified APMG Change Management and Business Relationship Management global trainer, as well as certified PROSCI Change Management practitioner.

With a Master鈥檚 degree in People Change Management, Leadership, and Continuous Improvement, Merling's expertise lies in the integration and effectiveness of people, processes, and technology. During her tenure at Bombardier, Merling had led teams at the forefront of innovation in international, multicultural and complex business transformation projects, including local and global social high-impact projects such as Corporate Social Responsibility 鈥淧assion for Flight鈥� and 鈥淧assion from Within鈥� programs, engaging local and global partners to nurture passion for aerospace, science, and technology. Today "Passion for Flight" program is sponsored by Aero Montreal.

Merling is a social entrepreneur, founder of mTransition consulting, author and instructor at 苹果淫院's School of Continuing Studies. She is also a Board member of Health Partners International of Canada (HPIC), Board member of IScola, Member of the Montreal Chamber of Commerce.
